At Progress surf Academy, Our Swansea surf school and Gower surf school We try to opporate surfing lessons as much as possible at Caswell beach however we may need to move these sessions to Llangennith beach on occasion to allow for small surf conditions. Lessons will meet at 4.30pm, we aim to be in the water by 4.50pm The session will then run untill 6.30pm
